Russisch, 19.Jh. Tempera über Kreidegrund auf Holz. Auf Goldgrund Darstellungen in 2 Registern. Oben: Über Wolkenband Gottesmutter vor Strahlenmandorla mit Schleier, begleitet von Engeln und Heiligen. Unten: Sänger Romanos mit Schriftrolle, flankiert vom Patriarchen sowie dem Kaiserpaar (links) bzw. vom hl. Narren Andreas und dessen Schüler Epiphanus (rechts). Unten rechts Romanos, dem die Gottesmutter im Traum erscheint und eine Schriftrolle zu essen gibt. Am oberen Bildrand Architekturkulisse, in der Mitte Christus Pantokrator über Wolkenband. Umrandung fein graviert, ornamentale Motive. 35,5x30,5 cm.
- Feine Restaurierungsspuren (v.a. randlich). Farbe leicht rissig, tlw. aufgeworfen bzw. ausgebrochen. Kleine Retouchen. Stellenweise Insektengänge.
