703. Grosse Festtagsikone mit Passionszyklus
Russisch, um 1800. Tempera über Kreidegrund auf Holz. Im leicht vertieften Mittelfeld Feinmalerei auf Goldgrund. Im Zentrum Höllenfahrt und Auferstehung Christi, umgeben von 12 Szenen aus der Passion. Den äusseren Zyklus bilden 16 Hauptfeste. In den Ecken der Umrandung die 4 Evangelisten. Johannes mit Prochorus auf Patmos, Matthäus, Lukas und Markus in ihren Schreibstuben. 53x43,5 cm.
- Farbe leicht rissig. Goldgrund tlw. berieben. Kleine Restaurierungen und Retouchen.
Passionszyklus:
Abendmahl, Fusswaschung Petri, Gebet auf dem Ölberg, Judas erstattet Anzeige, Christus vor Pilatus, Verrat durch Judas, Geisselung Christi, Dornenkrönung, Christus trägt das Kreuz, Kreuzigung, Kreuzabnahme und Grablegung.
Festtagszyklus:
Geburt der Maria, Tempelgang Mariae, Gastmahl Abrahams, Verkündigung, Geburt Christi, Darbringung im Tempel, Taufe, Einzug in Jerusalem, Verklärung, Himmelfahrt Christi, Entschlafen der Gottesmutter (Koimesis), Erweckung des Lazarus, Enthauptung Johannes d. Vorläufers, Himmelfahrt des Hl. Elias, Gottesmutter Pokrov und Kreuzerhöhung.
