713. Verkündigung an Maria mit Basma
Russisch, um 1600. (1) Ikone. Tempera über Kreidegrund auf Holz. Rechts im Vordergrund Darstellung der Maria auf einer Bank sitzend, ihre Füsse ruhen auf einem Schemel. Von links tritt ihr der Erzengel Gabriel mit Kreuzstab entgegen. Zwischen den beiden Figuren sitzt eine Dienerin mit Spindel als Zeugin des Geschehens. Im Hintergrund aufwändig gestaltete Architekturkulisse. (2) Basma. Wohl später angebrachte Auflagen aus Kupfer, vergoldet. Fein reliefierte Blattranken. 35x30,5 cm.
- Levkas des Hintergrunds und der Nimben freigelegt. Restaurierungsspuren und kleine Retouchen (1). Leicht berieben, minimale Dellstellen (2).
