Szene in einer Kirche. Öl auf Leinwand. Verso auf kyrillisch bezeichnet (mit rotem Farbstift, schwer sichtbar) "Begonnen im Februar 1905". 132x152 cm.
Provenienz: Seit mehr als 50 Jahren im selben Schweizer Privatbesitz.
Während unserer Recherchen wurden wir auf zwei Künstler verwiesen, die unserem Werk stilistisch recht nahe stehen. Es könnte sich um ein Werk aus dem Umkreis von Nikolai Kharitonov oder aber aus jenem des Malers Photius Stepanovich Krasitsky handeln.
