Im internen Atelier-Verzeichnis von Victor Surbek findet man nach dem Titel den Vermerk "Seither überarbeitet". Dies ist ein wichtiger Hinweis für eine allfällige konservatorische-restauratorische Bearbeitung. Victor Surbek hat seine Werke oft Jahre später überarbeitet und dies dann zumindest teilweise in seinem handschriftlichen Verzeichnis vermerkt.
