Afghanistan, um 1880. Auserlesenes Sammlerstück mit der selten vorkommenden "Schlüssellochform" des Feldes. Aussergewöhnlich schöne Muster- und Farbgebung. Der breite weisse Giebel und das rote Gebetsfeld (Mihrab) sind beide durchgehend mit längs gereihten, staudenartigen Motiven in unendlichem Rapport belegt, flankiert von dekorativen, stark stilisierten Zeichnungen.
