238. Grosse Portaluhr
Österreich, um 1810. Braunes Holzgehäuse mit fünf Säulen und reichen, vergoldeten Applikationsverzierungen. An den portalseiten stehen zwei Wächterfiguren aus vergoldetem Messing. Seitlich der Uhr sind zwei geschnitzte Holzfiguren und ein goldfarbener Adler steht auf der Uhr. Ein Spiegel auf der Portalrückwand lässt die Uhr grösser erscheinen. Das verglaste Ziffertürchen ist in einem Messingring gefasst. Im Zifferzentrum sind zwei bewegliche Schmiedearbeiter, welche sich bei den 3/4 Stunden- und Stundenschlägen in Bewegung setzen. Der Emailzifferring mit arabischen Zahlen ist auf einem Messingring befestigt. Vergoldetes Ankerwerk mit Sonnenpendel an Fadenaufhängung. 3/4 Stunden- und Stundenschlag auf zwei Tonfedern. Gehfähig. 67x43 cm.
