A.A. Lardin war ein exzellenter Möbelhersteller und für seine meisterhafte Verarbeitung von ganz speziellem Rosenholz bekannt, das auch heute noch, nach über 200 Jahren, eine bemerkenswerte Farbfrische aufweist. Er fertigte Möbel für illustre Privatkunden und Händler.
