700. Höllenfahrt, Auferstehung und Himmelfahrt Christi
Russisch, 17.Jh., später restauriert. Tempera über Kreidegrund auf Holz. Im Zentrum des vertieften Mittelfelds Darstellung des auferstandenen Christus vor Strahlenmandorla. Im unteren Bilddrittel Christus, der auf den zerborstenen Toren der Hölle steht und Adam und Eva aus dem Hades zieht. Der Zug der Erlösten führt direkt ins Paradies. Die obere Bildmitte zeigt die Himmelfahrt Christi im Beisein der Gottesmutter und der Apostel. Die drei Hauptthemen werden flankiert von mehreren Szenen wie den 3 Frauen am Grabe (links) oder der Weissagung Christi an den guten Schächer (rechts). In der Mitte des oberen Bildrands Hl. Dreifaltigkeit in Aureole. 32,5x29 cm.
