NW-Iran, um 1900. Flormaterial reine Seide. Auf braunem leuchtenden Grund bilden 2 mächtige Säulen, die mit persischen Gedichten verziert sind, eine braune Gebetsnische (Mihrab), von deren Giebel eine Ampel hinab ins Feld ragt. 2 Wellenranken-Nebenbordüren und mehrere Borten säumen die breite reich bemusterte Palmetten-Hauptbordüre. Starke Gebrauchsspuren. 135x188 cm (ft. 4.5x6.2).
