728. Hl. Nikolaus mit emailliertem Silberoklad
Russisch, um 1910. (1) Ikone. Tempera über Kreidegrund auf Holz. Darstellung des bärtigen Heiligen, die Rechte im Segensgestus erhoben, mit der linken Hand das offene Evangelium haltend. Sein Haupt wirde von Christus (links) und der Gottesmutter (rechts) auf Wolkensockeln flankiert. (2) Oklad. Moskau, 1908–1917. Marke eines nicht identifizierbaren Meisters "E.U" (kyrill.). Verkäuferstempel des Nikolai Gustawowitsch Linden (1864–1917), einem Händler für Uhren und Silberwaren in St. Petersburg. Silber, minimale Reste einer Vergoldung. Feinste Gravuren, tlw. guillochiert. Buchinschrift und Titulus aus blauem Email champlevé. Nimbus und Umrandung mit reichem Email cloisonné-Dekor. Florale und ornamentale Motive. 31x26,5 cm.
