908. Täbris-Bildteppich
NW-Persien, um 1960. Sehr fein geknüpfter Teppich mit ausgefallener Musterung. Unten in der Mitte signiert mit "Täbris Taghipour". In der freien Natur unter blauem Himmel sind verschiedene Personen an einem kleinen Bach gezeichnet, von denen einige Handschuhe an den Händen tragen, auf denen Vögel sitzen. Ein wohlhabender Herr, der mit einem besonderen Gewand gekleidet ist, streichelt gerade einen der Vögel, während ein Diener dabei ist, Essen über dem Feuer zuzubereiten. Die breite weisse Innenbordüre, die die Szenerie umgibt, ist mit Bäumen, verschiedensten Tieren und Vögeln verziert. Mit persischen Gedichten gefüllte Kartuschen belegen die elegante Aussenbordüre. Fleckig, ansonsten sehr gute Erhaltung. 197x296 cm (ft. 6.5x9.8).
