Pan im Frühling. 1986. Tiefrote Überfanggläser, stellenweise geäzt und bemalt, farbloses, grünes und blaues Antikglas. Unikat. Unten rechts signiert und datiert. Masse 74x64 cm.
Ausgeführt in Zusammenarbeit mit der Glasmalerei-Werkstatt Isele in Freiburg-St. Georgen.
Der Basler Maler, Zeichner und Grafiker Hans Weidmann war Gründungsmitglied der Basler Künstlergruppe Kreis 48. Schwerpunkte seines Schaffens bildeten die Glasmalerei und das Mosaik. 1973/74 hatte er eine Einzelausstellung in der Galerie von Ernst Beyeler in Basel, ein weiteres Mal 1998 mit einer grossen Retrospektive über sein Lebenswerk. 2007 stellte ihn die Basler Galerie Carzaniga aus.
