838. Marokkanische-Decke
Wohl Marokko, um 1910. Ein modernes und zeitgenössisches Werk. Feine Nadelarbeit auf Leinen. Filigran gestickte Konturbänder in Rot und Grün bilden einen, über das gesamte Feld verlaufenden Stern, dazu im mittleren Teil eine Raute, um dann im Zentrum zu einem Quadrat zusammenzufinden, flankiert von elegant gestreuten, geometrisch gezeichneten Blütenornamenten. Die obere und untere Bordüre ist je mit blütengefüllten Gebetsnischen verziert. Ein Loch im Feld, reparierte Risse. Auf einer Seite ist die Bordüre verkürzt worden. Fleckig. Gute Erhaltung. 100x116 cm (ft. 3.3x3.8).
