Afghanistan, 19. Jh. Vierfach vernietetes Messergefäss mit Griffschalen aus grünlicher, nephritischer Jade, die quartseitige mit einem Riss. Eiserne Griffzwinge. Gut erhaltene, nur leicht angelaufene T-Rückenklinge (L 36,5 cm) aus sehr feinem Wootz. Schwarze Lederscheide über Holzkern mit reliefiert geschnittenem Ortband aus Eisen und unverziertem eisernem Mundblech. L 48 cm.

Aufgrund des hochwertigen Griffmaterials und der qualitätvollen Klinge hatte diese Waffe mit Sicherheit einen hohen Prestigewert und wurde entsprechend gepflegt.
