- Durchgehend etwas gebräunt und partiell etwas fleckig. Die Bindung teilweise gelockert. Ebd. abgegriffen u. leicht bestossen
Marcus Hünerwadel (geb.1633), Notar und Ratsherr in Lenzburg.
- Abschrift der 1532 herausgegebenen Constitutio Criminalis Carolina, welche in der frühen Neuzeit auch im Gebiet der heutigen Schweiz die Entwicklung des Strafrechts beeinflusste. Als unterstützendes Recht kam sie im Stadtort und im Fürstbistum Basel, in Schaffhausen, im Gebiet der Fürstabtei St. Gallen, im Wallis, in den Drei Bünden und nach 1750 in der bernischen Waadt zur Anwendung. Einflüsse der Carolina sind in den Rechtsquellen von Luzern, Schwyz (noch 1834), Zug, Freiburg (erneut ab 1803) und des Fürstentums Neuenburg (bis 1848) zu finden.
