Baskül, mit feiner Rosenbouquet- und Arabeskengravur ausgeführt. Innen signiert Boss, Seitenschlosse mit vorliegenden Federn, Fangstangen, Spannanzeigern, automatische Schiebesicherung auf dem Kolbenhals, mechanischer Einabzug, gut gemaserter Nussholzschaft mit geradem Griff, goldenes Schaftmonogrammplättchen mit den Initialen MI, Vorderschaft mit Anson-Drücker goldtauschierte Nummerierung 1 und 2, Lederkoffer mit Herstelleretikett. bedingungen:
Der Erwerb von Jagdwaffen muss gemäss
Eidgenössischem Waffengesetz (WG) in einem offiziellen schriftlichen und meldepflichtigen Vertrag für die Übertragung einer Waffe erfasst sein.
Art. 11 WG: Der Vertrag muss folgende Angaben enthalten:
- Angaben zur übertragenden Person
- Angaben zur erwerbenden Person
- Angaben zur Waffe
Geht es um eine Feuerwaffe so muss der
Veräusserer innerhalb von 30 Tagen folgende Dokumente der kantonalen Meldestelle des
Erwerbers zustellen:
- Kopie des Vertrages
- Sofern vorhanden, Kopie des Strafregisterauszugs des Erwerbers.
Das offizielle Formular ist am Empfang oder nach dem Kauf an der Kasse der Firma Schuler Auktionen AG abgelegt und einsehbar.

Munition und dergleichen für Angehörige
folgender Staaten: Serbien, Bosnien und

Important and compulsory purchase conditions:
The acquisition of hunting weapons must be recorded in an official written and notifiable contract for the transfer of a weapon according to the Swiss Federal Arms Act ( WG ).
Art 11 WG . The contract must contain the following information :
- Information about the person selling
- Information on the acquiring person
- Information on the weapon
For firearms the seller needs transmit the following documents to the acquirer’s Cantonal reporting office within 30 days:
- Copy of the contract
- If available , a copy of the criminal record of the purchaser .
The official form is filed and available at the reception of Schuler Auktionen AG.

the following countries : Serbia, Bosnia and
Herzegovina , Kosovo , Macedonia , Turkey ,
